Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship to Mainland UK with Royal Mail, at a flat rate of £20 per order, however many babies you're ordering. All babies are made to order and take approximately two weeks to hand-paint and finish. Once your baby is finally painted and ready to dispatch, it's sent out via 24hr Royal Mail tracked delivery, so you'll be able to follow your order right up to your door.

Please note that "Mainland UK" doesn't include Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or other offshore UK addresses. If you're ordering from one of these areas, please get in touch via our Contact Us page before placing your order, so we can confirm whether we're able to ship to you and calculate the correct shipping cost.

Made to Order Babies

Unless your baby is coming from our Ready to Go Home collection, every doll is made to order, hand-painted especially for you from start to finish. This takes approximately two weeks, so please do allow for this when placing your order, particularly if you're working towards a specific date. Once finished, your baby is sent out via 24hr Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Ready to Go Home Babies

Ready to Go Home babies are just as they sound, ready to come home as soon as they're ordered. These are dispatched within two business days of your order being placed.

Christmas Delivery

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place your order by 1st December. This allows for the usual two week turnaround to hand-paint and finish your baby, followed by 24hr tracked Royal Mail once they're ready to dispatch.

International Orders

Our website currently only ships to Mainland UK, but we're very happy to arrange orders outside of this too. If you'd like to order from outside Mainland UK, please get in touch via our Contact Us page, and we'll arrange your order and calculate shipping for you directly.
